Mr. Rabbit

Mr.Rabbit is a design by The Key to Primitives. He stands almost 22 inches tall from his toes to the tip of his ears. Made from muslin which was painted and sanded. His facial features are pinched. His eye is osnaburg which has been stitched in place and his pupil is a metal button. His shirt is a blue check trim with an old button and his pants are osnaburg which were painted then stained. Carrots are also from muslin which has been painted and sanded. The carrots are tacked together and then tied with twine, they are just sitting loose in his arms. He only stands. This bunny comes from a Lake View Primitvies pattern, and is made from wool. Eyes are wood button which has been painted then stitched in place. Nose and whiskers are handstitiched with DMC floss. EggBert is a design by Click Your Heels Creations. Made from muslin which has been painted black then sanded and distressed. He has painted eyes and a pinched nose. His mouth and whiskers are crochet thread. His bow is of cheese cloth. Egg is made of paper mache, it is wired around neck and also glued in place. Body is painted blue with hand stamping. What a great jointed rabbit, pattern from Sunnyknoll. Standing 17 inches and made from muslin, painted then distressed. Whiskers are sisal. Eyes and nose are painted first then stitched.
